How do I Login?

Login at the bottom of the website by clicking on the login button, this will take you to the login page. As a returning customer, just enter your details username and password. Shop as normal through the various categories and product pages, when you are on a product page you will have the option to add to wish list, just below the add to bag button. Click the button marked add to wish list. You will be asked to sign in to use your wish list. If you do not have an account you can create one as a new user. Once logged in you will be able to save multiple products that you want to return to later, maybe you want to save them as a reminder for someone to buy you a gift or you may simply want to return and continue shopping at another time. You also have the ability to enter multiple email addresses to email friends or person that might want to buy you a gift or just simply share the product information with them. You will also need to enter your own email address so the person you are sending the email to knows where the email has come from and enter a message which will be attached when you send the email. From your wish list you can also add to bag and checkout.

The Blog is where we will bring you news from our business and the industry, with latest trends, designs, and new products. You can select to receive the RSS feed and add it to your internet browser, so that as soon as there is an update you receive the latest news. 

How do I Search?

Where do I find customer information?

All customer information is listed under the customer info link at the bottom of the website. By clicking the link you will see a pop up menu allowing you to select the type of customer information you are interested in.

What’s my bag on the top menu bar?

If an item shows out of stock can I still order?

If an Item is out of stock our website will not currently let you purchase the item. This is because we cannot guarantee suppliers deliveries. The easiest thing to do is bookmark the page and return to visit the website again at another time to see if more stock is available. How long will my order take to be delivered?

How do I return an item?

When you receive the goods you have ordered, enclosed with your goods will also be a set of instructions for returning the items, follow the simple steps to return your item using the label provided. If you loose the instructions simply return to the website to review the returns policy and instructions online. If you loose the return label simply write the returns address on the packaging to return your goods.
