gift exchange - returns and exchanges

Thank you for shopping at pearllagoon.com. We aim to provide the best customer service we can with great choice, convenience, help and support.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the item/s you have ordered and received, you can return the item/s for exchange or refund provided that you return the item/s as set out in the conditions below.

Conditions
We ask that you please ensure briefs, shorts, thongs, strings and swimwear are tried on over the top of your own underwear, and that you do not remove any hygiene labels attached to the item/s. All other item labels should also still be attached and the item/s should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging.
Please note that our returns policy does not apply to Hosiery including body stockings. These items will only be accepted for return if they are unopened, they have not been removed from the insert card, the hygiene labels and all other labels are in place, the items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging.
We will be unable to refund your money where it is apparent hygiene requests have not been followed, in this case two options will be available to you.
We can destroy the item/s at no additional cost to you or we can return the item/s to you. If any items are returned to you a fee maybe charged for handling. You can contact us by emailing us at info@pearllagoon.com If you have received any goods from us that have faults, then we shall refund your total purchase price including the postage, packaging and delivery fees.
Please allow 14 days for any refund due.
NOTE: All items being returned to us must be received by us within 14 days of your original receipt of those items. If for a specific reason you cannot return the goods within the specified time you must notify us of the intended return within 14 days by e-mailing us at info@pearllagoon.com.  Please note: During December, January and February this period is extended to 28 days of your original receipt of those items.

Steps to Return Your Items & Postage
Please complete the returns form at the bottom of the page which will be enclosed within the packaging when you receive your items, detach and enclose it with the items you are returning.
Seal the package and attach the peel-off-label provided.
Please use the Free Post return label provided when you receive your goods, if you loose the label then please write the Free Post address on the top of the box. The Free Post address is specified below:

Send your return items using Royal mail, please ask Royal Mail for a free certificate of posting when returning your items in case your items are lost. We will be unable to complete your gift exchange, refund or exchange request if the item is lost and you do not have a certificate of posting as the returning item/s will be untraceable.
